ONLINE CLASSES: Kettlebell, core, and circuit classes via zoom. Our kettlebell class is suitable for those who are looking for fast fat loss; the core class for a more toned mid-section; and the circuit for an intense full body HIIT workout. BOOK YOUR FIRST CLASS FOR FREE. Please ensure, a) you join the class at least 2 mins before time, b) your camera is turned on and you can be seen in full view, c) there is enough space around you to workout safely, d) you are wearing suitable footwear to protect your feet, e) you are fit and well enough to take part (please let the class instructor know of any injuries at the start of the class), and f) you use any equipment in-line with manufacturing instructions and follow the technique guidance throughout the session. PRIVATE CLASSES, PARTIES & EVENTS: Working out with the people you know and love, ReVibe Fitness deliver group fitness classes in the comfort of your home or place of work. Classes available include, circuit, core, HIIT, and kettlebells. Available for pre-dinner fitness classes to work up an appetite, or post-dinner classes to work off all those calories consumed! LOCAL CENTRE CLASSES: Doing our part for the local community, ReVibe Fitness aims to fight isolation and improve mental and physical health by providing a service to those individuals who do not have the confidence to exercise in mixed surroundings, or the financial means for gym membership. Delivering a unique class combining group personal training (teaching and correcting technique; tailoring exercise to suit individual ability levels) with a 10 station full body circuit. Class size is currently limited to 10 - You can request to be included on our waiting list for new classes which will be added shortly.
