Personal Training

Our personal training sessions* are geared towards those individuals who prefer to train in the comfort of their own home or place of work.

At ReVibe Fitness we care about the quality of personal training and are passionate about your goals, and realisation of those goals. As such, we take time to understand you and your fitness aspirations, lifestyle, medical history, and exercise history. We use this information to create tailored training programmes suitable for your individual need. Programmes are designed to be fun yet challenging in order to promote enjoyment, adherence, and to achieve maximum results in minimum time. We will ascertain your baseline by taking some initial measurements / data depending on your fitness goal. This can include your %body fat, %muscle, %water, BMI, BMR, blood pressure, resting heart rate, and fitness test data. The measurements / fitness tests decided upon will be reviewed periodically to assess your progress over time.

Nutrition plays a major role in achieving most physical activity goals and that's why at ReVibe Fitness you will also benefit from nutritional advice to help speed your way to achieving your end goal.

We will be with you every step of the way with all you need to make that move, and make it happen for you. Whatever holds you back, we are here to help you break those barriers so there is nothing stopping you from getting to your finish line.

Our female trainer Dr Lateef has previously worked as a Personal Trainer with Virgin Active prior to launching ReVibe Fitness, and is dedicated in the delivery of outstanding quality personal training for her clients.

Prices vary depending on whether you require 1-to-1 or group personal training, and also on the number of sessions you wish to purchase in advance. Please contact us with your requirement and we will be happy to discuss the pricing structure.
