ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES

PAYMENT

  • Payment in advance in a block of 6 or 12 classes.
  • Payment methods accepted: direct debit, bank deposit, cash.


SESSIONS USAGE

  • Block of 6 classes purchased to be used within an 8 week period from the date of purchase.
  • Block of 12 classes purchased to be used within a 14 week period from the date of purchase.
  • Class attendance will be expected on a weekly basis for the class(es) you have expressed interest in. Please notify the trainer in advance if unable to make a class (please see 'cancellations')  


CANCELLATIONS

  • Please provide 24h notice of cancellation if not able to attend class. Failure to do so may result in payment still being taken.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds for un-used sessions will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • No refund is available for sessions already delivered.


DELAYS

  • If you are late for your session, you may be refused entry into the class and will still be charged the full amount of £5 per class.


CORPORATE SERVICES

ReVibe Fitness accepts orders for corporate services via email. In placing an order with us, the client is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions as contained herein.

BOOKINGS

  • Must be made at least 2 months in advance of the training day.
  • Non refundable 10% deposit required to secure booking.


CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

  • Will be drawn up after assessment of organisational needs and planning of a bespoke solution and associated costs. 
  • Delegates are required to be punctual at all courses and at all sessions.


VENUE

  • Training will  take place at customer's site. 
  • The customer must ensure that training carried out at locations specified by them has adequate room in which to carry out both the practical and theoretical elements of the training.


HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Employees should consult with their GP if they have any medical conditions of concern and seek medical clearance prior to beginning any exercise programme. Employees should also consult with their GP prior to embarking on a new exercise programme and /or increasing physical activity levels.
  • No exercise class is without inherent risk regardless of the care taken by the fitness instructor, and the personal safety of individuals cannot be guaranteed by the fitness instructor or ReVibe Fitness.
  • All individuals will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to participating in the group physical activity and will be required to wear suitable training clothes and footwear.


EQUIPMENT

  •  Any damage to ReVibe Fitness equipment or property caused by delegates will be invoiced to the relevant client.


COSTS

  • Costs are calculated based on individual bespoke training solutions.  


PAYMENT

  • Non refundable 10% deposit required to secure booking.
  • ReVibe fitness will invoice for the remaining 90% costs after training has been delivered. 
  • Invoice to be paid in full within 14 days of receipt.


CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENT

  • Cancellation must be made in writing at least 1 month in advance.
  • 10% booking deposit is non-refundable. 
  • One reschedule of booking allowed with 1 month advance notice. 


REFUNDS

  • No refunds for training delivered.
  • 10% booking deposit is non-refundable.


PERSONAL TRAINING

PAYMENT

  • Personal training sessions will be delivered after payment has been received.
  • Payment methods accepted: direct debit, bank deposit, cash.
  • Payment made in installments must be continued until full payment of package purchased.


SESSIONS USAGE

  • All packages to be fully used within 6 months of purchase.


CANCELLATIONS

  • Please provide 24h notice of cancellation for booked sessions. Failure to do so may result in payment still being taken.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds for un-used sessions will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • No refund is available for sessions already delivered.


DELAYS

  • If you are late for your session by more than 15 minutes, your session duration will either be reduced, or cancelled altogether, and you may still be charged.


PRIVATE FITNESS CLASSES / PARTIES & EVENTS

VENUE

  • Training will  take place at customer's location.
  • The customer must ensure they have adequate space to hold a fitness class for the numbers specified.


HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Fitness class participants should consult with their GP if they have any medical conditions of concern and seek medical clearance prior to beginning any exercise programme. Participants should also consult with their GP prior to embarking on a new exercise programme and /or increasing physical activity levels.
  • No exercise class is without inherent risk regardless of the care taken by the fitness instructor, and the personal safety of individuals cannot be guaranteed by the fitness instructor or ReVibe Fitness.

  • One reschedule of booking allowed with at least 1 week advance notice.

LOYALTY CARD SCHEME

  • The loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of ReVibe Fitness and we reserve the right to withdraw the card at any time.
  • Loyalty cards are to be used only by the person to whom it has been issued. 
  • Loyalty cards can not be transferred under any circumstance. 
  • ReVibe Fitness does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
  • To qualify for a loyalty card stamp/cross, the card must be presented at the time of payment.
  • Once 10 stamps/crosses have been collected the loyalty card can be handed in for a free fitness class.
  • Free fitness class cannot be exchanged for cash or any other ReVibe Fitness service or product.
  • Loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  • ReVibe Fitness may terminate the loyalty card scheme at any time and without notice. 
  • In the event fitness classes no longer operate, no cash alternative will be available for stamps/crosses already collected.
