Dr Lateef is a fantastic personal trainer and an amazing person. I have never met anyone as enthusiastic as she is about training, she even gets me excited! She really listens to what you want to achieve and her sessions are personalised and tailored to exactly what you need. I love that she adapts and changes the workouts so you don't get bored. She has to motivate me at the start of our sessions and does it well and always encourages me to do more than I thought I could. By the end of a session with her, I feel happy and so good about myself. I would recommend her 100% and she is definitely the best PT I have had!

She was really caring and dedicated in helping me achieve my goals and had in-depth knowledge on how to tailor a training programme to suit my needs and fit into my busy schedule. I find the gym intimidating and so ReVibe Fitness was a perfect fit for me being able to train at home. The workouts are fun but challenging and Dr Lateef made them more challenging by the week and changed my routine from time to time, all of which kept me interested and looking forward to my next training session. My confidence has improved massively due to better body definition, and also more relaxed due to the stress relief I feel when training. Without that motivation from Dr Lateef I would not be dedicated to train

I just wanted to give you a review of the HIIT and kettlebells classes I have been doing this summer with Dr Lateef. I have really enjoyed these classes and find Dr Lateef such a great instructor. She has obviously put a lot of effort into planning the classes and having the same teacher each time is a great benefit, as you get used to the class and can raise the intensity each time. The partner work for HIIT has really made the classes fun too, something that I have never done before. She also ensures we are all able to carry out the moves by offering different options for easy, medium and hard moves

I have known Dr Lateef in a professional capacity for several years and remained in touch personally over time, during which I can attest to her positivity and unwavering sense of self. When I reached out to her with post-Covid fitness anxiety, I was met with reassurance and compassion. I have now tried and tested all the classes on offer, and can honestly say that there is no better value for money, which delivers results in such a rapid amount of time. The benefits of the classes are multifold, and as a working professional/mother I have found that the class times and variety of days accessible from the comfort of home accommodate those with busy lives, allowing for a realistic flexibility in ones approach to fitness. Dr Lateef's classes manage to transform your body in 30 minutes in a way most classes fail to achieve in double that time, with an added touch of humour to boot! I truly endorse ReVibe for anyone who has fallen off the fitness wagon and is committed to regaining control of their body - be it with an emphasis on toning or core strength, there is something for everyone in these fantastic sessions.
